Contributions are in Indian rupees and processed through Razorpay. A programme selection records your preference; discuss any specific restrictions with PORD before donating. Confirm your details and amount before authorising checkout.
Monthly giving
Monthly contributions use a Razorpay subscription mandate for the displayed amount each month, for up to 120 cycles. Payment methods and mandate availability depend on your Razorpay checkout and bank. To stop future contributions, use the mandate-management options provided by Razorpay or contact pord.org93@gmail.com with your subscription reference. Do not share bank passwords, card details or PINs.
Confirmation and 80G receipts
Payments are confirmed only after server-side verification with Razorpay. A payment acknowledgement is not an 80G tax certificate. PORD must supply and verify its current approved registration details before this website enables tax-receipt requests. Once enabled, eligible receipt requests are reviewed by PORD against donor and payment details. The website does not automatically issue a tax certificate or guarantee tax eligibility.
Payment errors, duplicate payments and refunds
If a payment appears incorrect or duplicated, contact pord.org93@gmail.com with the payment reference, amount, date and a description. PORD will review the request with the payment records. No automatic refund is promised by this website. Approved refunds must be handled through the Razorpay dashboard by authorised PORD staff.
Before public launch
PORD must confirm the beneficiary details, donation acceptance criteria, refund rules and tax-receipt requirements. These operational terms do not replace an approved organisational policy.
