Contact, volunteer, partnership and document request forms collect your name, email address, phone number, request and consent so PORD can respond. Submissions are kept in a restricted team inbox on this website. When configured, email notifications are sent to pord.org93@gmail.com through the configured email provider.
Donations
Razorpay handles payment details. The website stores donor contact details, programme preferences, payment references and verified status. It does not store card numbers, CVV, bank passwords or UPI PINs. If approved tax-receipt requests are enabled, PAN values are encrypted on the server and visible only to authorised staff for verification.
Team accounts and content
Staff access uses password-protected sessions and authorised owner/editor accounts. Blog changes retain editor identifiers and revision history. Uploaded photographs are intended for publication; staff should confirm permission and safeguarding requirements before publishing.
Cookies and service providers
Staff sign-in, form protection and payment checkout use necessary cookies. The website does not include advertising trackers. Fonts and supplied photographs are hosted with the site.
