Include the Razorpay payment reference, amount, payment date and a brief description. Please do not include card numbers, PINs, CVV, bank passwords or OTPs.
The team will review the request against payment records. Refund eligibility and any approved refund are handled by PORD through its Razorpay account. The website does not automatically approve or issue refunds.
Monthly contributions
For cancellation assistance, include your subscription reference and ask the team to stop future payments. You can also use mandate-management options made available by Razorpay and your bank.
